FILAMAG-T is our high-temperature RF absorbing filament, engineered for applications where FILAMAG-F reaches its thermal limits. Based on a PA6 nylon matrix, it withstands operating temperatures up to 111°C for molded or annealed parts.
Validated by RF simulation and measurement, manufactured in France.
This range is also available as pellets.
Its rigidity and thermal stability make it particularly suited for cavity resonance suppression in demanding RF environments, where both electromagnetic performance and mechanical resistance are required simultaneously.
Like FILAMAG-F, it suppresses resonant modes by 10 to 30 dB depending on thickness and configuration, and can be printed directly on a standard FDM printer without any special equipment.
FILAMAG-T is also an effective solution for antenna decoupling in systems subject to thermal constraints, embedded systems, avionic enclosures, or ground defense equipment operating in harsh conditions.
